I have used this person before and had great service. He came to repair the microwave that is built in with the oven and he repaired it the microwave quilt after a week. He returned to repair again and it quit in 1 1/2 weeks. I have called and one week later no return call.

Sorry to hear of this problem. We fixed her dryer and fixed her microwave. She called me a month later that it was not heating. And we fixed under warranty free of charge. 2 weeks later on a Sunday we received a message that the mic was down again. We were closed but called her back to follow up during regular business hours and she had already hired another company and they repaired it. And wants her money back. We would have happily took care of under warranty if same parts but we have to have the opportunity to make repairs.

This guy came to my home to repair my refrigerator and broke one of my clips and never repaired it. Also, he didn?t know how to fix my refrigerator, referred me to the manufacturer because he was lost.

Sorry to hear this customer is not happy. This customer has a short in the refrigerator so I told him that we recommend he call LG and check if they could help. I have over 20 years experience and more than anything try to take care of our most important asset our customer. We charged no fees for going out to his home. We thank him for the opportunity. And always try to do right for customers. We are sorry to hear that he is still not happy but will continue to do our best for our customers.

From the time I submitted my request to the time the repair work was completed, it took them just under 1 hour! Very courteous, explained and showed to me the part of the dryer that was in need of repair, and tested the dryer to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. I would not hesitate to call these guys again if I needed them.
