Gilbert responded quickly. Was on time for appointment. Very customer friendly. Gave me estimate and said had to get part. We made another appointment to make repair, which he called me and said was on the way. Made repair. Very satisfied.

Communication was excellent and service was prompt. He also recommended an excellent remediation company for the water damage that resulted from the leak I had.

Great and timely service. Do not know if this business was the best price as I did not bid them with the others. Was deluged with calls from three recommended providers but due to time constraints chose this provider as he was the first to call. Would have handled it differently had time allowed. Was, however, pleased with the service.
