I was extremely pleased with Gilbert Balderas of Appliance Doctor. He was quick in his response to my call, he was calling me before I got off the computer at Service Magic. What a Great surprise! He came right away, thoroughly checked out my washing machine- listened to my complaint even though he could not hear the noise right away. He did a diagnose and made a same day return visit with the broken part. I was more than pleased! My machine was under warranty and I had it checked , same complaint- but did not receive any respect from the technician nor did he even attempt to do the repair. I will never recommend him or his company to anyone. However, I tell everyone that -ServiceMagic and Gilbert are tops on my list of Greats!
