He put the wrong part in. Promised to show up the next day, never did and did not return our call.
Response from Company:
We did go to Cust home and told him we could not fix the washer because it had to many problems that could not be fixed properly. We did not charge customer and told him thanks for calling us out to give est for repair. If it will not be a good repair we will not take customers money. Cust still wanted me to fix but we turned job down due to all the issues the appliance has. We take great pride in our work but sometimes we turn a job down to save our good name. We still got a 1 star rating but we will continue to do our best for our customers.

Gilbert [the dispatcher/owner?], was very prompt & courteous. I would say the same for the technician, Ray. Ray's knowledge of appliance repair was very extensive & informative. Problem was diagnosed & repaired within a couple of hours of initial contact. I would recommend Premier Appliance to others. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
