    I purchased replacement glass for my oven door. Called around for several estimates and Premier provided a firm, affordable price to just replace the glass. They came out quickly and completed the repair making sure there were no residual glass left in the oven and surrounding area. The svc tech did a great job and was very pleasant. Will use this company again in the future.

    Gilbert called not long after I contacted HomeAdvisor and we scheduled an appointment. He was most curteous, ontime, and very knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem with my wall oven, called the factory and priced the required part, and presented his suggestions and alternatives clearly. He ordered the part while he was still onsite and will call and schedule the next appointment when it comes in. I personally look forward to Gilbert being 'my appliance guy' from now on and highly recommend calling him for an evaluation. Very fair on his pricing and very upfront with timelines.     This was the first time I ever used Home Advisor. I called on Sunday afternoon and reached Gilbert. He was at a family function but still listened to my problem and said would be here between 11 and 12 on Monday. Ray showed up promptly and found the problem. The washing machine was fine. The problem was the drain. Which required a plumber. He was extremely polite and courteous and really knows his job. LG washers are a different animal. But these guys are pros when it comes to these type of appliances. As far as the price! Way more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for all your appliance repairs.

    I bought a part for a Broan Range Hood and Premier installed it. Gilbert came when scheduled with a call 15 minutes before, We also communicated thru text messages which is more convenient than phone tag. good service

    Our freezer quit freezing. Called Gilbert late in the evening and he came first thing in the morning. He checked the freezer and identified the problem explaining the probable cause. He said he could fix it but could not guarantee how long it would last. We decided not to go ahead with the repair and opted to get another freezer.I appreciate his honesty .

    My first appointment through HomeAdvisor and Gilbert made it a pleasant experience. I really liked his quick response time and the 30min call prior to coming over. Luckily the problem with my ref/freezer wasnt a repair after all and Gilbert performed a minor adjustment and all was fine. He only charged me for coming out and that was much appreciated. Very happy to find Premier Appliance and a technician who is responsive, courteous and friendly. Will call him again when needed. Thanks Gilbert.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
