He arrived time and fixed the problem. We were happy with the service.

Tech arrived on time. Diagnosis was concise and repaired in a timely manner. I am pleased with the work.

I feel that the issue that was address was not completed or resolved, upon calling for another look see, an obvious condition was noted which would cost an additional charge. The repair expert if he was an expert should have notice that the problem included another problem with evidence on the panel of the washer which indicated a transmission problem and perhaps not a motor problem. We paid for expert and 41/2 star service and did not recieve it. So at this time I rate Appliance Doctor as one star and if it is one lower I would rate it as no star. I know in a stressful economic time that if you are able to pay you should get full 41/2 servic

Smart guy, well dressed and cordial, found problem with my refridgerator in 20 seconds, fxed in 10 minutes, but charged about 2 hours labor in my estimation. After the fact, I called appliance parts warehouse and found the actual cost of the component....

Showed up on time. Very friendly. Made sure to take the time to show and explain to me what was wrong. Very helpful in making sure everything was cleaned up befor he left and cleaned up after him self as he worked. Great Professional

they were very good in coming to fix my washer but they were a little expensive for only taking them 15mins to fix the washer.
