After calling around and getting several estimates for water heaters, Right Now gave the best price. The technician was polite, friendly and did awesome work!

Needed to replace our water heater. Other companies want to charge a service fee to come out and give an estimate of how much it's going to cost. Was able to text pictures of our setup and worked out over the phone. Very nice experience!

Every part of the replacement job went well, from the estimate to the actual work, and cleanup. Couldnâ t ask for better service.

Installation went very good of hot water heater, work was satisfactory for what they did, the removal of the old water heater was not done due to being too heavy, I had to hire a moving company to remove and once they removed the water it was easy for moving company. Right Now plumbing said they drained it and still could not lift, but come to find out it still had alot of water in it. Which was the reason why it was too heavy. UPDATE, Right Now Plumbing contacted me and refunded partial expenses to remove old hot water heater.

They helped me out by sending someone out on a Saturday to repair my leaking water heater. The plumber did an excellent install of the water heaters. I wanted a drain line installed that went external to the house so my basement would not be flooded the next time it leaked. I explained I wanted this before hiring them and they indicated it would be no problem. The plumber left before doing the drain-then on the next visit said it would be an additional $500-700 to complete the job. I wanted to discuss this discrepancy in price with the office but the office never returned my calls. So they have lost my business in the future.

Brian and Katie were a fantastic team in getting me a quote without paying a service fee by asking a few questions and having me provide several photos by email, explaining options, and getting their guys out to my house to do an install the very next day. Communication was excellent, very good use of technology to arrange for the down payment, outstanding on-site install work, and great cleanup. They arrive on time, finished on time, were very polite, no games with the fees, no up selling, neat and clean. They clearly wanted our business rather than feeling they were entitled to get my business. What else can I say? Dont hesitate to use this company - we could not be happier. Note that we had two other quotes, both from large regionally well known companies - one that is a guy and a son of his whose quote was over 30% more than RIghtNow ($1000 higher for the same job and same hot water heater), and another quote from a company that has a dog for a mascot who charged for a visit to give me a quote but was very professional otherwise but needed about a week before they could replace my leaking heater.
