I was contacted within 10 minutes of request. The hot water heater do to govt requirements have changed since I moved here and therefore a 50 gal hot water heater has grown 2" in circumferential. Then the pan i had with the old one was too small and the pan the new one came with was too large, the guys didnt give up they went and found one that would fit and fortunately they did. They had to move my washer and dryer out to get to the hot water heater, they were very careful and got it all done. They had a sense of humor, were kind and very knowledgeable. Once they finished the area was cleaned up and i asked about another problem with my shower they looked at it offered to go get a part and fix it right then. I took them up on the offer and ended getting a long term issue fixed at the same time and didnt have to make a second appointment. I got an immediate appointment on a Saturday so no lost time from work and no extra charge for a weekend appointment. These guys were much more than I expected from start to finish! I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER PLUMBERS!! Thanks everyone at RIGHT NOW PLUMBING YOU ARE THE BEST!

The company responded promptly to my inquiry, arrived when they said they would, analyzed and solved the problem. The tech was personable and explained everything he did. I would call them first for any plumbing problem I might have in the future.

We had a toilet that was not functioning - running constantly. The appointment was easy to schedule, unprecedented during a holiday period! The plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed our problem within minutes & refused to charge us as it was a very simple fix, again, unprecedented! He just said to please call him when we had a major project, which we will have in the Spring. We will be forever customers & have already recommended this business to a number of our friends.
