We appreciate your feedback, as every review is a chance to learn and grow as a company. Plumbing requires a variety of equipment and technique to diagnose certain issues. With clogged drains it is very helpful to video inspect, which is what I believe you meant by "Xray". Our technicians will suggest to Video Camera Inspect as an option to see any damage to underground drain piping. We can locate breaks or damage and determine the exact area that needs to be repaired if any. We do not pressure a customer into any services. The equipment itself is very expensive and must be delivered to the job site. There is of course a charge to perform the service, and we are very confident that the price we charge to do so is considerably less than our competitors.
