They did not explain the job would need another separate contractor to complete the work. They keep recommending to me the contractor I cannot get a hold of. They did not caulk or seal around the wall were the tub meets. The contractor will not fill in the gap around the tub so it can be used.

Thank you for the feedback. Good or Bad, reviews help us to learn to serve our customers better. Unfortunately, in this case it seems there was some misunderstanding. With every estimate, our terms and conditions state clearly that we are not responsible for drywall repair. These repairs would be the responsibility of the homeowner to complete. That is why we recommended a contractor to the homeowner. We would have gladly caulked where the wall meets the tub, however drywall would need to be installed first. Although we did recommend a drywall contractor, we are not affiliated with that drywall contractor in any way. There are many, many drywall contractors that would be more than willing to provide this service. I wish you luck with this process.
