RightNOW Plumbing

A few weeks ago my wife and I noticed a sound of spraying water from the top of our well cap. We have a bored well and i know they are outdated but since we just bought the house 2 years ago we have been renovating our fixer-upper. I went to Home Advisor to get quotes or reviews of local companies. I only got three back and from googling i got a few more. After a few phone calls talking to representatives and looking at online reviews i figured to try out Right Now Plumbing. The original guy to come out and inspect the problem showed up on time and was a generally nice guy. Another tech came down from leesburg to look at it. When we bought the house the previous owner during the home inspection talked about how he had the pump and the pressure tank replaced. After having the well cap off i see why. It looks like he did it himself. Right Now offered to come out the next day to do the repair, but i did not want to miss another day of work so i scheduled it for that Saturday. On the day of the repair Right Now plumbers showed up punctually and set right to work. My well is 50ft deep and had around 10ft of water in it. I am glad they spent as much time as needed to make sure it was done right and safely. i would estimate they took 2hrs just in the set up while the repair was rather quick. The disinfection process did not take long as well. Dealing with the employees from Right Now Plumbing was pretty nice. They were very friendly guys while very professional. Most home repair projects i usually do myself having a background in maintenence when i was in college, but its nice to find a company i can rely on when i have a job show up and i am completely stumped on the best way to handle a issue. I will hire again in the future, hopefully not to send someone down my well any time soon.

A plumber came out the same day I sent in a request for quote, gave me a quote, and came back the next day to do the work! He replaced a frozen tub "T" pipe with direct lines and added shutoff valves (materials included in total cost). He also replaced a drain fixture in another tub and replaced the elbow at the top of the shower (I provided the materials). Demarcus was here for about three hours. He made sure there were no leaks. The company provided one-year warranties on all service. I paid under $700 for all of the services. I probably could have done the work, but not sure I would have the time and energy!! I certainly would hire again!!!

I am in Florida with a rental property in Virginia. My tenant E-mailed me informing me that the drain valve on the 20- year old gas water heater was leaking. Right Now called me within minutes of my Home Advisor query. The tenant and Right Now agreed to an appointment the next morning. The technician arrived within the agreed upon window and called me and provided detailed description of the problem and a range of options. Given the age of the water heater I elected to replace the water heater with a new one. The technician gave me an estimate of the costs and the time (2-4 hours) it would take to make the installation. The technician called me a little more than two hours later to inform me that the installation was complete and at the estimated amount. The tenant informed me that the Right Now technician was fast and efficient and described him as nice, friendly, polite and respectful. He explained what they had to do in detail. The work-area was thoroughly cleaned afterwards. Right Now Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing company for plumbing issues with this property.

Upon arrival, the crew went straight to work and completed everything in about two hours. The men were professional, courteous and answered all my questions in detail. Price was very reasonable and highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.
