I am reluctant to rate this higher than 2.5 because it is replacing another tank just like it and I don't feel it lasts as long as it should for the cost...we had the old one about 7 yr but with 2 people in the home, should last longer than that in my opinion

I could not be happier with the service I received. They were able to locate the problem, fix it, and run a camera through to ensure I wasn't having any other issues all in the same visit. Johnna was great and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered ALL of my hundreds of questions. He stayed late to make sure I would be able to stay in my home and not have to get a hotel room or something due to the issue. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

I don't often rate a business 5 stars. They have to be exceptional. This company is exceptional. DeMarcus was very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Right Now Plumbing with enthusiasm.

He arrived in the specified time window and my water heater is working again , nothing was replaced but the device was showing error lights when he arrived, checked everything and took time to explain what he was doing .

They answered my call immediately came over gave a free estimate and very experienced . Had another estimate prior and the price was ridiculous and they did not know exactly how to hook up a vanity sink into my laundry room without breaking the wall. Right now plumbing did not have to and there were no issues or an outrageous price. I will only use them for my future projects or pipe problems.

It is always hard to spend money on an unexpected house problem, but we are much more satisfied than we were using recommendations from Angie's list. We have cancelled our subscription.
