Rep installed did not explain the system. As he was leaving i had to yell towards him asking how to operate the new heater and he yelled back there is an instruction manual on the side of the door. This company went out of there way to secure the job even coming out in the evening to do the install but when I called back letting them know that the water on shower goes cold when the toilet flushes. So now they cannot accommodate me telling me to call back when I have time during the day

We found Right Now Plumbing on HomeDepot.com. We heard from Right Now Plumbing 10 seconds after submitting our info, They called immediately and were here within 36 hours. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do !! Out hot water hater is working Amazingly !! Thanks Right Now Plumbing!!

Outstanding all-around service! Communications and scheduling with Nick were excellent, with prompt answering and follow-up, clear pricing, etc. Andy, the master plumber that performed the work arrived right on time, was knowledgable, performed the work efficiently and skillfully. I will definitely use Right Now Plumbing for future plumbing needs!
