First, Brian contacted me immediately about my issue which was water in our basement from either a backed up drain and/or a defective sump pump. He was ready to have a plumbing professional on site that morning. I setup an appointment and Andy, the plumber, was at my home at the time I requested. Andy did an excellent job! He checked out both my sump pump and the drain. As it turned out the drain was clogged and the sump pump was not operating properly. He explained everything he was doing. Andy quickly had the drain unclogged and replaced the sump pump. He also improved the setup of the pump by installing the correct pressure piping for the discharge. I now know who I will call for all my plumbing needs!! This is a company that I can trust to only do work that is required. An excellent company as demonstrated by the professionalism of their people! Thank you for your assistance Brian and Andy!

When I called for service, Brian asked if I would like someone to come right away or another time. I chose the next day because I would be home. I was told Andy would be there between 8 and 10 am. Andy called 30 minutes prior to 8 to let me know he would be on time. He was professional, wore shoe covers at all times in my home, very knowledgeable (over 20 years experience) and explained everything he did. Along with Nick, his partner, they found my problems and fixed them correctly. Both Andy and Nick displayed a pleasant attitude while completing the job of installed my new well pump. I will use this company for future repairs and will recommend them highly to others! Thanks guys!

Cost more than expected

Old Republic couldn't get me a contractor for 2 day's. So I used home advisor and they put me directly in touch to right now plum bing and they were there within the hour and replaced my hot water heater and expansion tank in great time. I only hope that this brand of hot water heater(state) is worth$1197

The plumber showed up with the water heater in the back of a car not exactly professional chipped a piece out of linoleum floor he forgot to crimp one of the fittings which caused a floor full of water I had to tell the plumber the expansion tank was not straight I was told I would receive an extended warranty did not show up and nobody will call me back I've placed several calls and left messages no response. The water heater is in it works the price was cheaper it would have been nice to receive a call from the company to ask how it went.
