Once the contractor was contacted, the tech showed up that day!!! The new pump and back-up system had to be ordered, but was installed in a couple of days. The installer did have to come back to repair a small leak that I found. But he came the following day and I haven't had any problems since!

Thier plumber, Chris arrived within an hour of our call. He was pleasant and efficient. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly cleaned up. The charge was significantly lower than competitors. I was completely happy with their response, quality of work and pricing. You can't go wrong with RightNOW Plumbing.

Brian and Nick, the owners, are great to work with and extremely knowledgable about all things plumbing-related. They negotiated the final price and were at our home in no time. Dan, the installer, was extremely respectful of our home and us, and finished the install in under two hours. We couldn't be happier with our new water heater or RightNow. Great job, and we'll be using and recommending them for everything in the future! Thanks!

What a horrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!! This is the first time that I told a contractor that they can take me to court! Had a BRAND NEW toilet installed. After the "plumber" installed the toilet, it kept running. I brought it to his attention, and he told me that I had to contact the manufacturer of the toilet! I mean within minutes! He didn't even try to fix the issue. I called the office, and they basic told me the same thing! What a bunch of sheisters! Never again! Now I have to call a second plumber to fix the problem, and I bet it's not the toilet; it's the person who installed it. What a waste!

First, let me say, we are sorry to hear that anyone has had an unsatisfactory experience with RightNOW Plumbing. We are committed as a company to customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. We appreciate feedback, even when it's negative, as it is an opportunity to learn. In this particular instance, there are many untold factors. Customer supplied fixtures,( Toilets, Faucets ,etc. ), are warranted by the manufacturer only. We cannot warranty any product that we do not supply. We carefully vet manufacturers to ensure that products we install are of the highest quality and provide long lasting value for our customers. While readily available and less expensive, consumer grade fixtures often do not meet those standards, The fixture in question had a faulty flush valve, causing the toilet to run. As this was an owner supplied item, the toilet manufacturer would have to be contacted to send a new flush valve to replace the existing faulty one. When the homeowner contacted us, we offered to repair the item for free, as a courtesy. The homeowner declined however, because the tech could not return to the residence until the next day. In the review the homeowner writes, " This is the first time that I told a contractor that they can take me to court! ", which she did, before she hung up on The Plumbing manager. This is unfortunate in many ways as we would rather have a satisfied customer than a defendant in small claims court.
