Our pump failed mid-Monday morning. I researched well pump service on HomeAdvisor and set up the first available appointment online with RightNOW Plumbing for 0900 on Tuesday. Brian called me within 5 minutes and, after learning that we had no water in the house, promised to have someone here on Monday afternoon. Demarcus arrived by 1200, diagnosed the problem and set about locating the proper pump. Demarcus, Brian, and Alex returned on Tuesday morning, and, after dealing with the errors perpetrated by whoever installed the original pump, had the new pump installed and operating by 1700. Demarcus knocked off a portion of the estimate since we had to spend the night without running water. RightNOW Plumbing is great. Service is prompt and efficient, personnel are friendly and professional. I recommend them without reservation and won't hesitate to call them if I have another plumbing issue.

I contacted several plumbers to get quotes for a water heater installation. RightNow Plumbing offered the best value. I was also impressed with the many positive feedback on Home Advisor. Sure enough, when the technicians arrived, they did everything in a professional way. Johno was superb in keeping me informed of what they were planning to do and upon finishing, he explained the features of the new water heater. He presented me with the invoice with an amount that matches the quote they had given me. All in all, I am super pleased with this company. They are competitive in price, and perform a great service. A special thank you to Brian and Johno!
