All they wanted was to sell a new system and not repair the one we had

I would prefer to rate them 0 on customer service, but the app does not support that option. The crew that came to my home to inspect and replace a water heater caused some wiring damage to my AC. When I called them to inform them of the problem they denied it could have been them. When I asked them to come look at it, they informed me it would be another $75 service call fee to come out. This was after I paid $2050 for the new water heater and its installation. To charge a person the service call fee without a purchase is understandable, but for checking if they had caused the damage? Unacceptable! The AC was working fine before they came and I noticed it had stopped after they left! It is hard for me to imagine that was a coincidence. The least they could have done was comp the service call to identify the problem. I had to be without AC for five days until I could arrange for an AC service call. The AC tech informed me it was due to wires crossing causing an arch and blowing a fuse. He was here maybe 15 minutes to identify the problem and correct it, but it cost me $95. Very quick response to my request for a quote and subsequent replacement of my leaking water heater. My job was a bear, as my 28 yr old water heater wouldn’t drain properly so Jacob worked on it diligently until it would drain to be successfully removed. Happy with new, American-made, Bradford White, water heater. My home was protected during unit replacement in and out and was cleaned up properly at the end and old water heater was taken away. Jacob is a hard-working employee! Thanks!

This company delivered on thier promise. They explained everything up front, provided me alternatives I had not thought of, and completed the work in the same day. They did run into an issue when they needed to convert the water heater from Natural Gas to Propane. But the company went out of their way to get the converter plate so I had hot water that night.
