Wish I could add pictures. They told me replacing my bathtub would take 4 hours. They charged almost $4,000 for a replacement tub and that was their fleets costing one. Found out later I could have had the work done for $1500 from another contractor. They did not finish the work in the time promised and said they be back the next day at 10 a.m. After waiting with no call no show, I finally called to ask where the guy was and they said they didn't know. I got a call back from the person who was supposed to come that day at around 4 p.m. and said he would not be able to come. Needless to say, It took them 3 days leaving us with no workable bath or shower for that time. The tub was OK but the framing was extremely sloppy. There were hammer marks and holes all around the frame. Very unprofessional job. They did come back to fix it however this ended up becoming over a week-long headache. I would not recommend this company.

Make sure you are completely upfront about financing. There was a misunderstanding about financing between us, and we had to scramble to make sure the services were paid for. We were guided to Lending Club, which is okay, but they need to be upfront about that.
