Write a ReviewSent a Plummer with a new hot water heater not the same day, but the following morning.
RightNOW Plumbing is very knowledgeable about plumbing and professional.
While RightNow responded quickly to my request and was very professional, it's technicians did not fix the leaking kitchen faucet problem (even after three separate visits) and the cost was higher than average (just over $500). RightNow replaced two water values and some water flex-hose piping underneath the kitchen faucet but the water leak was not fixed. Since the kitchen faucet was made by Moen, my wife contacted Moen about the leak and Moen sent a replacement kitchen faucet at no cost. A neighbor and I spent just under an hour replacing the kitchen faucet and the leak went away. It has been a day since the faucet was replaced and no signs of any leaking has been observed. If RightNow had fixed the leak as requested for the cost of $500 or less, then the rating would have been higher.
****Rip off! DO NOT USE THEM! ****they charged $128 for diagnosis and told me i needed to change the burner assembly ($560) or change the water heater (40gallons $1900). this being an investment property i could not put in 1900 and went for burner repair. they took 210 advace for that and the part came a week after (poor tenant without hot water in winters in richmond va) . finally the part came and the technician(a different one ) came and said you need more parts $480) for the water heater to be fixed or u change the water heater (this time for $1700) i didnt know whom top trust so went to lowes ($450 -10%) to check the price, contacted home adisor again for another technician. this time i got lucky and they said thry could replace the water heater for $425). got it changed the same day at much cheaper.i texted the original company about the repair and told them i got it done from someone else, and at this time per them i owed a balance of $330 for the burner replacement. i was hoping to get a call from them in order to resolve this but they sent it to collections. thru collections they agreed at 200.
They were excellent and professional. Will use them in the future for other jobs.
The installers of the hot water heater were very professional and explained in straight language what they were going to install. Afterwards the senior worker showed where the main valves were located and their function.
Responded immediately and arrived the same afternoon! Great job great experience!
Prompt explained process wonderful to come out during Holiday crunch time to unclog pipe. Very very happy with this company.
After initial installation was faulty, they promptly made required fixes at no cost. Very responsive throughout the job.
Plumber was honest. Could have had a much bigger job.
