I had a leaking kitchen faucet and also needed a new garbage disposal (I thought I had requested a price quote for a new Insinkerator, but that is not what was installed - I didn't notice that until they were gone). I was very pleased with the services provdided and the price was reasonable. It took two visists and there were two different plumbers (Antwan and Dan). They were both friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was very unexpected to find out that my main water line would need to be replaced. Two plumbing companies came to give an estimate. One company was local and RightNOW Plumbing came from much farther away. Nelson from RightNOW arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, friendly and caring. He sent an estimate that same evening. (The estimate from the local company came a couple of days later, and it was for a higher amount.) Work started this morning and so far it is going well -- permit posted, Miss Utility came, and Nelson started cutting the sidewalk and digging. All in all, it has been a pleasant experience for a very unpleasant project.
