A very good experience so far. They are coming back to do more work for me. Nice people in the office....Lisa, Alex, Brian.....this was refreshing! John "O" was my plumber. They left our house with no hot water. They left a large garbage bag containing plumbing debris on my side yard. I felt they were very expensive and am not convinced that my running toilets needed completely gutting and replacing the workings. On the plus side, they were the first ones to answer my online inquiry and they came to the house immediately. The workers were polite but not considerate in leaving the hot water turned off and garbage in my yard and possibly overcharging me.

Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable; there was one small problem, but the techs were quick to catch, diagnose and fix the problem. I will definitely keep them on stand by. Let me explain a little more. I have a deep well (over 400 feet) and the pump went out. When I set up the service call, the company offered to have someone out that very night (in the rain). When I said first thing in the morning would suffice, they were here, on-time, ready to work. There was no bait and switch on the price. What they quoted is what I paid; despite the couple added supplies needed. Very trust-worthy and professional group.
