Reviews
Write a ReviewLacking in customer service. Not very knowledgeable in trade.
Mr. S.[Consumer name withheld at their request], Thank you for the feedback. Every review is a chance to learn to better serve our customers, and we pride ourselves at RightNOW Plumbing in meeting and exceeding customer expectations and surpassing them as a service company. Our technicians are constantly training with new and improved industry procedures, tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve our customers plumbing problems. Additionally, from a customer service standpoint I take the time to address these matters personally, so I pulled your customer file and here is what the technician wrote in his notes: "Customer called about water coming out of the cabinet underneath the sink on to the floor. After draining the kitchen sinks multiple times there was no visible water leak under the sink. There was a pre-existing access hole in the ceiling, obviously cut for a problem of the same sort previously by another company or the homeowner. After looking inside the hole I discovered a puddle of water that was out of my reach. I could not see exactly where the leak was originating from, so I explained to the customer the only way to physically see and assess the situation properly would require the removal of additional drywall. The customer declined, stating they did not wish to remove any additional drywall at this time and would see if it happened again." This is standard leak search protocol for every plumbing company in America. Plumbers cannot see through walls, access holes are cut to pinpoint the exact source of leaks. However, you as the homeowner have the final say in any procedure a service technician ultimately performs. If the homeowner lacks knowledge in plumbing techniques it is easy to understand their trepidation and hesitation to allow a technician to cut walls open. A leak search is an often complicated and difficult undertaking, but when a customer denies a key step in the process, allowing the problem to continue because a proper diagnosis could not be achieved, it does not speak to a lack of training or knowledge on the technicians behalf. I would like to speak with you personally about this matter and can be reached directly at 540-479-2219. Thank You, Alex Moore
They kept us informed every step, worked with our warranty company, explained the cost and the additional required modifications needed for the new water heater, picked up the permit, purchased and installed the heater in less time than anticipated. Would definitely hire them again!!!!!
Our technician seemed very knowledgeable. Our shower unit needed to be replaced as the old one had the limiter set incorrectly and was not producing hot water. The previous owners or plumbers had stripped the screw behind the handle plate so replacing the whole unit was the only solution. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The office also made things easy to schedule and provided good customer service.
The tech was very friendly and efficient. He explained all the details and the procedures.
Dan was a very professional, informed us of what needed to be repaired and got it done quickly. He even showed us how to do some preventative maintenance on our sink to prevent clogs. Scheduling was also VERY easy, as soon as I hit submit my phone was ringing. The person who scheduled the appointment was VERY friendly and made sure to work with me on the time. The only negative I had was the pricing, however, I would use them again in the future.
I needed someone for a leaking tank that shorted the connection to the well pump. They came "right now." I appreciate the responsiveness..
Dann and Jacob did a wonderful job replacing my my water heater they measured it and decided I'm better off with the 30 gallon water tank so they went and got a 30 gallon water tank and promptly put it back together after they had a break for lunch but they came back quickly and made sure that it works good and they cleaned up after themselves and make sure everything was okay before they left I will hire them again thank you
They charged $1500.00 to replace my 30 gallon water heater. I agreed to the price because they did it same day on a Friday and we were having a party the next day. They did a great job overall, just cost a lot.
The technician was early which was nice. He took the time to really diagnose the problem and had it repaired in no time. He was friendly and very professional! Would hire again!
