The plumbing was expensive, the staff was very nice, professional and answered any questions I had. However, they referred us to Copper state for the mitigation and restoration who were not willing to provide an estimate resulting in over 2 weeks at a hotel with me having to contact contractors that State Farm recommended, 2 of which came out to provide an estimate then did not send them to State Farm because they thought I did not want to use them for some reason. Finally got an estimate from one of them today so hopefully can move forward again. Very frustrating experience which tainted Custom Plumbing by the association to the main problems were with Copper state and State Farm.

My shower drain had been draining so slow, so I decided to go with Custom Plumbing through Home Advisors. The plumber Gene is who provided service, he was truly on point. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great attitude. If I ever have another plumbing problem I'm calling on Custom Plumbing.

Brandan and Gene did an excellent job in repairing a broken water line in my living room and dining room. If you have urgent need for a plumbing repair, this company will have a solution.

This company came out as a result of Home Advisor' listing. They came out right away but was obvious from the start they were up to no good. They called a mold remedial service immediately, there was a slight bit of water leaked out from under the stool that I had mopped up before they arrived, and he wanted to tear up the toilet, the flooring and the baseboards and wall plaster??? They the supervisor showed up and told me the pipes under the house were completely rusted out and they would work with my insurance company to get my deductible reduced (?), I would have to move out of the house for a month or two while the repairs were made. I sent them on their way and hired a reputable plumbing company that cleaned out the lines with no broken pipes underneath the house and even shot water thru the lines to make sure it was cleared to the street. They also found a bunch of stuff in the shower stall drain that somehow Custom plumbing could not find? If you are over 65, do NOT hire this company and I have o idea what they do to the under 65 crowd. They should lose their licence to practice.
