The two guys I interacted with were friendly, professional and highly communicative. The work was done efficiently. I was worried about how my landscaping would look when they finished, but my concerns were squashed when I saw the finished product. It looks just as good as it did before they started. Thankfully

I had installed a new under-mount sink and needed to have it connected to the water line. I received an accurate (and lowest) quote with a warning that many times the stops (feeds from the water line might be leaking). The stops were indeed leaking and I had them replaced, all exactly as quoted over the phone. I got same day service and Justin provided very professional and personable service. Every effort was made to ensure that the job was completed 100% correctly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Custom Plumbing to anyone in the Phoenix metro area. I now have their business card permanently on my refrigerator and will feel confident calling them again the next time I need plumbing assistance.

Called them on a Sunday evening when my kitchen drain backed up. They had someone out to my house within an hour. Alex cleared the blockage and showed me via video that my drain pipe under the house needed further cleaning. They came out the following day and cleaned out the kitchen line. Again showed me via video the finished clean line. Well worth the money.
