THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING HERE, THE SERVICE REP. WAS VERY THOROUGH AND COURTEOUS. HE LOCATED THE PROBLEM TO BE IN THE MAIN DRAIN WHICH IS THE PROBLEM OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK AND NOT MY EXPENSE TO UNCLOG.

When I had to have Custom Plumbing come out for a backed up sewer on Christmas Eve, Nicole receptionist, and Jessie the plumber are the best! Both very friendly and customer oriented and I felt also very honest and knowledgeable. Jeff with the descaler was very efficient and professional! They fixed the issue and were very reasonably priced. There was no emergency charge even for Christmas Eve! I was shown the problems, obvious on the camera, and recommended a preventive to future problems by getting a high pressure descaling of the pipes. I couldn t be more satisfied!!!

Brandon and his crew were excellent. He was very polite, and kept us informed at every step. We had to get completely new pipes...major headache and stress. That was made better by feeling like these guys had it under control. We had a few companies come in to look at the job. One was impossible to get a quote out of , and another gave a very high quote. Charles came in to give a quote and I had a fair price within the first 20 minutes...no BS, no stalling and no skirting around the issue..simple.

Daniel and his crew came out late and went above and beyond to get the job done. They stayed out late past midnight and my family and I now have the ability to use our bare necessities again. You need to hire these guys because they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. GREAT SERVICE!!
