Online via Home Advisor, inquired about plumbing job (One was to fix or replace washer box plumbing fixture behind the wall of washing machine, which was leaking and looked old. Another one I asked was to fix dripping sink faucet in bathroom). They gave me $100-300 range, so I made an appointment right away because I was worried about leaking. I ended up paying $950, too much I thought. He took a picture of faucet and went out shopping, but did not come back for nearly 2 hours. He said that he found the same faucet fixture and went in to replace it. I went into bathroom only to find totally different fixture was placed and he said he did not notice. Then, he cut into the drywall to replace washer box. Nearly 5 hours from the arrival, he said that he is done. I asked about drywall repair guy that he said he has, but he only said that he will ask him to call me. By then I was tired of waiting and all the noise, paid and let him go. Felt very upset about extremely high price. I moved washer to find dust and pieces of drywall hidden behind washer. Nobody called for drywall repair, either. I thought that your site only listed good workers with reasonable price, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I wish I had more time to ask around to neighbors rather than your site.

Arrived at the scheduled time, gave estimate before starting and left the "work area" clean. will be the first call if needed again.

I made the appointment same day and they arrived on time. Explained my situation and the tech even went far and beyond to find out why the flooring installer would not install the new toilet after putting in our new flooring. Didn't take long and even gave me a price break which I appreciated greatly.

Custom plumbing originally set up an appointment and they never showed up; however, they made it right. Their prices were very reasonable and the plumber did an amazing job replacing my water pressure regulator.

Arrived on time. Clean and polite. Snaked out my toilet with a minimum of fuss.
