We had three (3) toilets replaced in our home, one was broken, but we prefer the Toto toilets, with soft closing lids. The plumber that arrived, did a wonderful, quick job. set up appoint early am next day, they called back to say would be later next day, called next day asked me to reschedule following day I said no. I had already taken the day off. Then they call again spoke with my husband who agreed to the next day, but said "You will be kind to my billing because of this?" They said they would take care of us. He was here for less then 1 1/2 hours including trip to get valves. Valves are less then $50 at home depot and I was charged $300 for the job. so they called me 3 or 4 times to reset appt. only took 90 minutes with $50 in parts and I had to pay $300 and lost a day at work. Sucks
