Prompt response after other firm. Very competent for complex job. Professional and experienced plumber! Other person not able to do job. Excellent work ethic and ability.

Drains now work great. They fixed the running water in the toilet but then the toilet wouldn't completely flush. They had to return the next day. They were not on time. They also scratched the kitchen floor tile when working on the kitchen sink drain.

Custom called me back immediately, scheduled a quote that day, and did the work the next day for half the price of the first company I had quote it!

Great and excellent service. A might bit higher then I anticipated. But, they gave me an estimate and I accepted. Would certainly do business with them again.

Although late, he installer was very professional & friendly.

Our plumber was very professional and they guarantee their work if the problem is not fixed.

Brady Kolka was very professional. He offered us an option of ordering a replacement part for our frozen shower handle directly from the manufacturer, which would have saved us money, but, of course, would have taken time. We opted to buy the replacement part from his supplier so we could get the job done quickly. Nevertheless, I was impressed he offered us that option. We had Brady fix our broken (frozen) handle in our shower/tub, replace a shower head and replace a toilet seat. He was prompt, courtesy, efficient and cleaned up after himself. All in all, a very good experience.

Even tho I found the cost to be somewhat high(it's hard for me to part with my money), I chose them because of the great customer service. I had additional questions that needed answered and Devon provided the answers that I needed. I had some water damage to my interior wall and Devon suggested that I have it checked for mold
