The company was on time and the professional was great. He found leak and completed the repair. He was cleanly and neat, when he left there was no trace he was ever here. I would definitely refer the company to anyone.

Custom Plumbing of Arizona was and continues to be wonderful. Not only are they working continually on repairing my pipes, but they call and keep me informed exactly what to expect for each phase of repairs. They give me a window of time and are here promptly, I had asbestos issues, and they put me in contact with the proper agency to call. I'm hoping not to have to call plumbers for repairs any time soon again, but when I do i will not hesitate to call them.

They were very helpful. We had another plumber out to fix the backup 3 months ago, they did not enlighten us as to what the problem was; and now we are having the same problem again. Nick came out and repaired the problem and then had someone out later to send a camera(for free) thru our system to identify why the problem was reoccurring. It turned out it was a tree in our front yard that had roots growing into the system. They did a temporary fix that should last between 5 and 10 years, by blasting the roots from our system. In 5 years, they can do a more permanent fix which will cost more, but I was glad that they gave us the option of doing a temporary fix for the time being. Very nice, cooperative people.
