They explained in detail the state of my mothers plumbing after a camera review. These guys were great because they were honest and not trying to upsell additional work. Drains worked perfect now.

They had to take their cell phone to take a video of the screen so most of the videos are difficult to see. We had multiple sewers to scan and they had given us a price for each one and seemed to be in a hurry, so the camera went through way too fast. The end result is I have to spend more time to evaluate what I m looking at.

They overcharge dramatically and seem to work as a tag team with Copper State Home Builders who appear to be a scam. However, they do have a hard worker by the name of David. Custom did get the work done but they do not charge a fair price for the labor and materials involved.
