I called custom plumbing for a no water pressure issue at my apartment complex and the gentleman I spoke to was very perfetional and sent Kyle out to look at my issue, Kyle came in a short time and looked at my water heater and noticed a gate valve on the line and I turned it and it was off water ran to my water heater instantly. The so called maintenance man at my complex didn't turn it on. Arizona custom plumbing is a for sure go to for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing problems in the future! Thanks to everyone at Arizona custom plumbing!!! I now have hot water after 2 days without it no thanks to my apartment complex.

The plumber did not resolve the blockage. I had to call out another plumber. Custom Plumbing recommendation was to cut up my tile floor and check for a cracked pipe. It would have cost me a lot of money. Will not use them again. Stick to my plumber of 13 years who was out of town when I had the toilet back up.

Responded immediately to my inquiry. Ruben Perez, the Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to alleviate my situation. Very professional. The finished product was installed within a short time, and done right.

Had broken water line under bathroom sink. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with and were on time for the appointment. Very professional and quality work. Only complaint would be the prices. I thought they were expensive, but I have not had to use a plumber in along time. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future needs.

Had raw sewage coming out of my shower, my tub, both toilets and my sink they came in the middle of the night they were responded quickly. Jorge was very courteous, extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to help me. They were back out at my house at 7 a.m. the next day to finish the job and the pricing was awesome. Just cant say enough good things about Jorge. He made a stressful situation more bearable. That man deserves a raise.

Kept me informed

Of coarse my water heater started leaking at 11pm right when I was getting ready to go to bed. They were very responsive and friendly. Did a great job.

The water heater install was done improperly and I had a flood as a result. I caught it quickly and there was little damage. They did offer services of a recovery company they do business with who provided dehumidifiers and blowers to dry out the floor and drywall.
