Jessie is absolutely amazing! Very honest. He was able to get a plastic cap out of a shower drain - another plumber (a different company) took our money AND couldn t get it out. Jessie got the cap out! Very fair prices, too!

Came out two times to repair my plugged dish washer.. they did not call to tell me when they were coming... finally showed up after I waited all day for them. Removed a bit of standing water out of my dish washer and said we don?t work on dishwashers... did not even turn it on or try to run it. This was the 2nd day too .Then asked for their $$$$$$. I?m still in the exact same problem I had before I called them. I was told they would call me and discuss why they came out 2 different times before they told me they don?t work on dishwashers. And still want to be paid for nothing.... not happy with this company!!

They were a little expensive. But the work was solid, so I guess it is worth it. The only reason I dropped them down was that they said they would do a video inspection of the pipes. But they could not do it at the time the work was performed. I was told they would be in touch to reschedule it, but they never contacted me.

Supposed to show up between 11 and 2 pm, showed up after called the office at 5:30 pm. Supposed to send someone back today to scope the line with a camera between noon and 4 pm. It is now 5:30 pm and I just called the office and told them to send them Monday as I am tired of waiting today. Seem to have a problem hitting their time frames, which is frustrating to say the least.
