The water drained until my daughter-in-law went to use the dishwasher and then it started again. I paid $150 for basically nothing. Being a plumber he should have tried to put the dishwasher on to see if it worked as the pipes are all connected. My daughter-in-laws neighbor who was visiting her, at the time took the pipes apart and took two buckets of crap out of the pipes. Thank God for the neighbor as my daughter-in-law had just come home from the hospital that same day and really didn't need to deal with this mess. I am not happy with what he did for $150 as it really only fixed the drain running freely until the dishwasher was started. Sorry, I didn't call the neighbor and pay her. Yes a female unclogged the dishwasher!!!

Hi there, I first off wanted to apologize for any inconvenience you are having with the work we had performed. I would like to help resolve any of the questions and concerns that you are having. The plumber who had came to your home had met with your husband while he was onsite. He removed the under sink drain works and removed a major amount of debris and potato peals from the drain line. He tested the drain line and garbage disposal and the line was open and clear. It is rare that the line to the dish washer drain would have been affected, but in some cases it does happen and I apologize that this was not double checked before the plumber had left. If any type of situation were to happen where you are not satisfied with the work that was performed on your home, you are more than welcome to always call back. We will get someone out directly to you and rectify the situation. And of course, it would not have been at any extra charge. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. We had a water sottner installed. From requesting an estimate to completion was timely and professional. Between Devon, Aaron, and Brady, the experience was very satisfying. We will call this company for any future plumbing and cooling needs.

I was given a quote over the phone. The first thing out of the plumbers lips when he arrived was, "We're one of the more expensive plumbers..." I was then charged twice what was quoted. One of the tanks on the back of the toilet was crooked when he left. And the screws were left too large to put the caps back on. Would not hire again.

We are snow birds and both of our toilets were plugged of some reason- the plummer used a snake on both toilets and one seems to be working very good and the bathroom works but Not as good as before. We were told it's not a very good toilet even- the house is 5 years old and used 1 month a year.

The garbage disposal was the reason for the clog and they waived the service call fee and installed a new disposal. It was a very good experience and we would call them again.
