the quality used to replace 100% brass faucets with cheap, undersized units with a red plastic handle. they also did not replace the pipe cover against the house. Had I been home when they were there, I would have stopped them and demanded better parts or sent them home. I need this fixed...and I have paid the bill.

Great service but I felt $350 to install a $90 garbage disposal was too much! This included a $30 credit. The serviceman said this was less than the going rate.

Very efficient, but not sure on value due to the way it was priced. Instead of hourly price, everything was priced per task.

Custom was very responsive and was willing to use plumbing components I already had on-hand. Work was very neat and professional. There was one very small leak at a threaded connection but they were prompt coming back out and fixing at no charge. One of the better experiences I have had with a plumbing company in Phoenix.

All I want to do is a star level rating. There is no reason I should have to write a novel about my experience. They were good, they were responsive. That's all you need to know.

Came same day I called. Did fast clean work. Did try to up sell me for more work, but it will eventually be something that will need to be done.
