Good friendly guys and did good work except for a leak that they didn't catch. Fortunately, I was able to tighten the connection myself and fixed the problem. I think they forgot to run the water in the sink to check the connections they did and when we used the sink a leak occurred.

Technician Steve was great. My only complaint would be with scheduling with the customer service dept. They tried to move back my appointment and only when I asked for a discount of some kind, then the customer sercvice dept. rep. said they would be on time and service me first as scheduled. This ended up not being the case and the service was 2 hours late arriving.

Very good service. Pleasant people all around. Seemed a bit pricey. Had to have a re-bid on another project I have an interest in completing because the original quote was nearly double what it should have been comparatively. Makes one wonder.

I did not have the Tankless Water Heater installed.....instead a re-circ system, a new toilet and two water faucets. I could not be more pleased with everything that was done and all the helpful information I was given. So happy that I was able to find this company.
