Our technician, George, worked so hard to clear our kitchen drain. He did not leave until the job was done correctly and he fixed our clean-out valve, which was super helpful. We highly recommend Custom Plumbing.

Very honest... as it turned out, we thought we needed a new main water line. After they got into the job, they discovered another cause the cost significantly less to fix. They could have fixed the problem and charged me as quoted- I wouldn't have known the difference. They are a high integrity company!

We hired a 2nd company for a 2nd opinion and we were not charged for the service visit. Great customer service and honest answers. I will be hiring them again. Thank you!

The attending plumber for my project was Soro. He came in a professional van equipped with a variety of tools to perform tool appropriate tasks. Soro was well dressed like a professional should and was amiable and easy to talk to. Soro ran a snake into the sewer main and removed a blockage. He also ran a camera that identified a bigger problem with the main. The cracked main was assessed and a proper estimate was provided. The time it took to complete the job was more than appropriate and all questions were thoroughly answered. Along with the exceptional service was the cost. All of the tasks performed were covered by a $69.00 fee and there was no service charge. At that price, I could not be any more happier and I believe that anybody requiring similar services will be just as content as me. I would definitely hire this company again.

I called Custom after trying to have a different company come to do an emergency water heater replacement. The first company did not do what they said they would do and left me without hope of a repair. Custom Plumbing jumped on the case, quickly assigned plumbers to help, went to a supply house after hours and replaced the water heater with hours. I would highly recommend Custom plumbing for their commitment, quality of work and customer service. Ricky and CJ got us out of a real jam and it was very much appreciated. Additionally the work was done at a much more reasonable price than the cost quoted by the company who ultimately didn't help us. Custom knew what are predicament was and reacted quickly to resolve the problem!

Tech showed up early, diagnosed the problem and got the work done quickly...I didn't waste a whole day!
