The company was great. The tech knew what the problem was right away, and fixed it that day. My tub drains perfectly now.

Submitted request on a Sunday night and within minutes I had a call from this company. Quoted me a special drain cleaning price of $69 and said could be at my house Monday morning at 8 am. I was unable to do that, but asked if could come at 1 pm. They said could come between 1 and 3 pm Monday. Accepted and scheduled the work. They called Monday at 2 pm and said the tech would be a little late. Arrived at 4:30, but since she had called to advise of lateness and again when he was on the way, I still rate them 5 stars. This was a difficult drain cleaning job that took about an hour, but he was hard working and got the job done, Did excellent job of cleaning the area after job completion and over all customer service. Talson was an excellent technician. Very pleased with his service.

Ryan was very friendly and gave us information about our future use on our drain. Every thing was done quickly, and they came as soon as they could which helped us a lot. I will call them in the future if needed.

Great customer service. Pro was able to get us back up with hot water same day. Pro was so good I am using him to fix some other plumbing issues around the house.

Repaired the leach portion of our septic system. Only issue, we were not kept informed of their schedules.

Great experience. My tech was timely, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. Cost was a little more than I initially anticipated but for what ended up needing to be done, I don't feel I was ripped off in any way. I would definitely hire Custom Plumbing again.

Had to have them come back as the first plumber did not do it correctly. Management was very good to work with though.

They were a lot later then were told. Tried to talk us into a lot of different things, that were not necessary. Took 2 days to get done, and were charged more then quoted.

I provided bad information to Custom Cooling. Made their jobs far more difficult than should have been. We talked through options, made decisions and executed quickly. By the time we were done, I had saved money, learned a few things and was glad to have this problem solved.
