Tech replaced shower cartridge to repaired the leak but started the problem with weak water pressure which the tech was not able to fix. Had another plumbing service replace the cartridge to fix the weak water pressure problem - had to pay twice for the same work.

The tech. showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did try to repair the leaking part, but had to replace it. I was told before the work was started what the cost would be and was very happy with both the price and the work. Great customer service, both on the phone and in person.

The workers were good. I feel the price was way to high

The guys were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that they were about 25% higher than I would have expected to pay for this job.

My kitchen drains were stopped up. Michael arrived on a Sunday morning with a camera to check out the issue. He confirmed the clog was caused by accumulation of Egg Shells ( I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs for breakfast). + grease. He said he could clear it and the main drain using Hydroflushing. I had not heard of that technique before so he explained what it was. It is basically lots of water pushed down the pipe using high pressure hoses. He came back the following Tuesday an hour ahead of the scheduled time with the equipment and got right to work. I watched as he flushed out the drains for the kitchen sink. It took 2 hours but when done the drains were very clear. I was impressed with the technique and the his effort to clear the drain. he then do the same thing to our main drain and it too looked very clear. total cost was $1869.00. I paid 1/2 during the Sunday visit after we agreed that he would used the flush. then I paid the remaining amount when he finished. I am impressed with their promptness and professionalism as well as the Hydroflush. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Brady was a stud. He scored a ten on two of my three projects....project three I was able to fix on my own after speaking to Delta Faucets for the third time. But just so it's clear....he never charged me for the third project that I fixed myself. I could not be happier with the end result of all my concerns being taking care of.
