The plumber came. Reviewed my stop gap measure. Determined it was adequate. Didn't charge me. Gave card in case needed follow-up. We will see. Appreciated the honesty, Refreshing.

The plumber was pleasant, knowledgeable and and upfront about pricing.

The appointment information that I got from Home Advisor via text was that the tech was to arrive at my house between 2 and 3pm today, Wednesday 5/30. I did not hear from them and called the office and was informed that they would never give an hour window for a service call, and the tech was booked to come between 2 and 5pm, the tech arrived at approximately 4:30 and completed the job. They informed me that it was Home Advisor, not them that set up the time,

The pro took the necessary time to diagnose the problem, worked hard to find the leak and fixed it for the agreed upon price. Cost was a little more than I was expecting but they fixed it same day.

I would recommend this company any day. I called for first time at 7:30. I was scheduled and job completed by 10:30. I was very impressed how quickly whole job was done. Very professional rep. Told me price upfront before starting job. this will definitely be my go-to plumbing co,.

Hired to re-cement a sprinkler pipe and fix a float valve in a toilet. When they arrived they said they do not do sprinkler repairs...Cost $190.00 for a 10-minute repair to the toilet valve. It is a rental property... had I been there in person and not had to deal with the problem over the phone I would have never let them in the door. I have used the company before ... (they were over-priced then too), but I was there in person and able to cut through the unnecessary expenses quoted at that time. Not so this time... Never will I hire them again, they do good work but they are way too expensive.

They repaired my outside and inside plumbing on a Sunday right before Memorial day for a good price. A++++++++

Sadly, they could not find the lateral to the main. They left the lid to the clean out off and the effluent is going into the yard. Should return by Wed.
