They did price match another company.

They did good job. On time. Did what said they would do. Price was acceptable however plumbing repairs cost normally over price I believe for all companies out there

Austin was our tech. He was courteous and professional during our service call. He was able fix our problem and he was finished up in no time. It was a positive experience. This is my first time using Home Advisor. I will continue in the future to all upon them when I need help.

Super fast response as I was desperate to have my sump system repaired. Billy was very helpful, connecting me immediately with HVAC services so the entire job was done in 8.5 hours. Replaced the pump at a comparable price, had to also replace the lid which seemed a little too expensive adding about $300 to the job. Forgot to seal one of the pipes, but the HVAC people discovered and repaired it.

They don't do drywall repair after the plumbing.

The tech is friendly and on time. A bit expensive, but no issue at all.

Prompt service - very professional and they did a quality job

The plumber, Austin, was professional throughout the job. He found the leak very quickly, saving me tons of hourly "digging fees". one of the parts needed for the repair was not on the truck, so a quick parts run was made. What would have taken me an entire day, he had fixed in a couple of hours. Check the ownership of this company and you will see why it seems to be very well run.

I needed to have a couple faucets installed. Billy O’Keefe was the tech and was fast, efficient, helpful and pleasant. Would certainly use Custom Plumbing again.
