I felt taken advantage of. I hired them to come out to do a simple check of my septic tank because I lived in the house for 5 years so I thought I would get a camera check up to make sure all was good. The technician told me all these things wrong with my system and basically used scare tactics that I needed to make repairs immediately- keep in mind I had absolutely no issues or problems going on-And I was made to feel that problems will start and good thing I called- so I agreed to the repairs - he said he would fix the part of the pipe that connects to the actual septic tank that he said had dropped from wear and tear. $3000 later that was not even the case once they dug down 3 feet to see. Anyway, I felt 100% taken advantage of by simply being a first time homebuyer and trusting and trying to have a maintenance preventative check up. *After* the $3000 - I did my research and homework. Please- if youâ re reading this do your due diligence and become smarter than the technician so you know if he/she is telling you the truth and get multiple estimates of you can, which I failed to do.

They arrived right away and Gene was really great! He is extremely personable and helpful. It was more expensive than I expected but the job was done and all is well.

Professional on time efficient. BUT expensive. $485.00 for 30 minutes to replace garbage disposal? And that is with my senior discount.

The customer service and timely updates provided by Anna while awaiting the technician was great and very helpful! Gene arrived, assessed the situation, and provided all of my options in a manner which anyone could understand. Best experience you could ever ask for! These two turned a horrific day into a blessing!

Just great on everything

I think I rushed to hire them as we were going out of town - nothing extraordinary about the work or customer service - in fact I would say customer service is not that great. Especially when they offer camera screening but do not follow up and when you try to schedule it, they say it is too late. Also, he fixed one issue, but caused another one.... Now I have to hire a plumber again. Again, not impressed at all.
