The person was honest because the project ended by just loosening the faucet using the correct tool of which we didn't have. Charged only for the visit. Being honest and not saying there's more to the real problem just so that they would charge more, is not appropriate. I would use there business again

We purchased (2) new toilets and had them installed by Lowes contractors and had a sewage smell ever since the installation. They sent out plumbers 3 times to NO avail, and basically didn't do anything else to satisfy us. We hired a plumber on our own who came out 2X's and replaced all the vents under each of our sinks. Still we had this horrible smell of sewage, especially when the air conditioning kicked on. We then turned to Custom Plumbing of Arizona, LLC who lifted the toilet and found that the toilet required a special seal and steal bolts and caulking and that would clear up the problem. Sure enough Mr Sosa replaced the seals with the ones required for the design of toilet we purchased from Lowes replaced the plastic bolts with steal bolts and caulked the toilets, within an hour we no longer had the horrible sewage smell and toilets are working like a charm. Thank you Soooooo Much!!

On time, professional. I didn't like the cost, but it is what it is. They did come out and inspect for free, so that was nice. He also gave us some pointers and was very courteous.

Justin was prompt, courteous, and very pleasant. He went beyond his service obligation to fix my shut-off valve in as little time as possible which included getting himself wet! Placed a call for service late at night on line. Received a call back at 7:30 the next morning. Service was scheduled for later that morning. I received a call about 10:30, saying serviceman would be at my house in 30-40 minutes; he arrived in 30. He had what he needed; service was completed before noon. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Explained what I needed to know. Left card with name and phone number and instructions to call if any problems arose.

I received a call back immediately after placing the request for a quote. i was kept updated with the appointment time by Derik, and Justin informed me when he was on his way. Justin was pleasant and very quick to get everything done.
