The tech came by for the 1st treatment, however, the next visit is not for 4-6 weeks. Will have to wait to see any results.

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Billing came in higher than what I agreed to, so I have a call into customer service now, but other than that, I am happy with the service thus far.

ASAP response. Discounts. Listened. Explained exactly what its service would be every 6 weeks. National company. Anything goes wrong, the company will send someone out to fix it at no cost. I signed for an annual contract.

The company does use quality material, however, keeping application schedule is not a strong suit. The personnel only work til 5pm and will reschedule you. We waited 7 weeks between application. finally needed to find alternative company.

They only spray the weeds. They do not remove the weeds. When I spoke to first person that talk me into this, he was not listening to me that I needed weeds removed .He kept talking and talking. Next thing I am doing is hiring them. Now I have to hire another company to do what I needed to do. I just feel that I was a rip off.

I had hired TRU Green to clean up my yard. I am still looking for someone to do that. My lawn was treated for grubs. I expect them to return to aerate the yard.
