I hired then to treat my rear lawn for fleas and ticks only. They kept showing up wanting to fertilize and feed the entire 7 acre property. I sent them away every time and told them to return for flea and tick treatment, ONLY. Returned multiple times to feed and fertilize and never had the proper chemicals to treat the insects. This went on for 3 months until I told them never to return

It was frustrating to be waiting for the employee on the day he was scheduled since he never showed up and did not call. The next day he was scheduled to arrive in the AM. By mid afternoon he had not yet showed up. I called the local Tru Green office only to be transferred to the national office. After a couple such calls they contacted the driver who in turn contacted me and arrived about 20 minutes later. He was helpful and willing to discuss my questions about problems with our lawn. If the treatments do the job, I will forget about this initial experience; however it was not a good way to start with a new customer.

Only 1 lawn treatment so far. I asked that they call me before arriving because i wanted to be at the house the first time and i did not get a call. There was however a detailed report left on my front door.

Trugreen did a great job coming out and spraying my trees and shrubs . He was very knowledgable about my entire property and gave good advice. I definitely recommend them.
