Hunter was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.
A sales rep came to inspect my front lawn and I agreed to their service. An appointment was made for a crew to come and treat my front lawn, they never showed. When I called, the person who answered the phone stated the crew left because my dog was in the front yard. I DON'T HAVE A DOG!! This was on a Friday afternoon. I think the crew just wanted to knock off early to get a few beers and that's the best excuse they could think of. I emphatically cancelled my service.
TruGreens service is fine when they actually make time for you as a customer. My aeration was delayed a month after being rescheduled 3 times. Never called or let me know on the date of scheduled service they were not coming after not showing up. Customer service skills at TruGreen are the worst.

They did a very nice job. The 12,000 sq ft yard is now well aerated. I'll be applying lime tomorrow. Thanks for a good job.
They did not call ahead for service, which was frustrating because I did not get a chance to rake and move leaves before re-seeding. I plan to have them come back and re-service in the spring.
Aeration performed in Fall. After some scheduling issues, they did a good job.
Excellent customer service, although their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to their competitors, they quickly resolved issues I had with brown spots in my yard. TruGreen re-treated my lawn and made the necessary price adjustment. Out of the blue, after service was completed, a service manager called just to check up and see if I was satisfied with their services. Thankful for that process and dedicated service.
They let you know of your upcoming appointment, they come, they spread the product/chemicals, they leave a note of how what kind and how much product they used. The ability to pre-pay or pay by the app is flawless. The problem is that if there are issues with your lawn (i.e. weeds, bare spots, blanched areas) no one touches base with you and lets you know by when those areas will be resolved, how much water you should be adding or diminishing, etc.
