Looking forward to seeing vast improvement in our lawn, but have only had 1 treatment thus far and that was just pre-emergent weed killer and fertilizer. Lots of work ahead.

They quoted me a price, which I accepted. They came out quickly and did the service. They applied "fire ant protection" then charged my card $130 in addition to the quoted lawn service charge. I never asked for fire ant service, they never quoted me a price for fire ant service, never said "there's going to be an extra charge". Reputable companies do not do things like that.

When I booked TruGreen initially I was told I could schedule each appointment, and they would accommodate weekends. Then I learned they auto-schedule 24 hours in advance and don't even give you a window of time for when they will show up. One of the main reasons I had originally gone with TruGreen was so I could actually speak with a professional to understand the condition of my yard and how to maintain t between treatments. I would have liked if my expectations had been set properly ahead of time.

While this is the first treatment on the lawn I don't know how the product will work but the technician was extremely knowledgeable and customer friendly. We'll see how the product works on the lawn in these following 9 sessions. We plan to follow his tips against suggestions.
