After working with TruGreen for almost a full year I have watched weeds grow large, new grass seed I put down prior to service with true green get burnt out and die, and all true green had to say was that I needed to sign up for years of more services to start seeing results. During dry times true green only spread dry fertilizer and weed kill because their liquid sprayers never worked. Aeration was not performed until mid-November after the ground was frozen. My yard looks far worse after dealing with true green than if I had done nothing to help it at all. Complete waste of money.

At the initial lawn evaluation, I was asked for my lawn goals and was given a plan and reasonably priced estimate. I was told my lawn would have weeds removed and bare spots would fill in. Also, at first application my tech would speak with me further on care and treatment for my lawn since the salesman did not have all information. I was not contacted until after 3rd treatment had been done at which point my tech asked my goals for the lawn. He stated that my goals were not visible with the current state of my lawn, and I was wasting my money. I cancelled my service at that time.
