The rating I gave them is too high. They are the epitome of horrendous customer customer service. In my case they never properly responded to my concerns (which included both voice mails and emails, not to mention phone conversations. These people are like robots that are programmed to ONLY to try to take more of your money by offering more services that have nothing to do with your problem or concerns. These people do not even aspire to mediocrity. They make me be embarrassed to be a member of the human species. And I say this because I don t want to be as cruel as their actions deserve.

They recommend treatments to our grass instead of replacing the sod. They came to our home and looked at our grass. They told us our yard was too damaged and would needed to be sodded. I was amazed at their honesty. Even called later the same day to follow up and provided recommendations. It was wonderfull to deal with an honest company and we will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend this company

Not as weed free as I would have liked, I asked them to ring doorbell on arrival, and they only did 1 out of 5 treatments.

Hired this spring to aerate and overseed, they instructed me to wait til fall. They missed their appoint on Aug 23rd, and then wanted to schedule late September, when leaves and drought were rampant. Paid over 1,100 to do the service and no germination of grass took. I have reached out to TruGreens' corporate office and I am still not satisfied with the results. I would like for someone to reach out to me that can help.

The quote pro we had was so lazy that they only did our front yard. Thought we would not noticed. It was a horrible. Called many times took forever to get a solution. Finally said to stop coming. Neighbor had same issues
