My biggest problem is that they didnÂ’t provide the service they promised. IÂ’m telling you now this company is only concerned about the volume or total number of customers they are not going to give your lawn the care it requires. They are only good for lawns that have no problem and maybe then they can keep it up, if you have weeds stay away from this company because I honestly believe they were feeding my weeds! I even tried them twice thinking that maybe the new management spill they gave me would be the difference, NOT!

I gave them middle of the road grades right now because I just hired them and have had only one treatment so far.Will rerate experience in mid summer next year.

We have had only one treatment to our lawn, will see the results in the spring. The technician was very customer friendly and explained the entire process. He printed a summary of the application treatment, which is good information for the future.

Had them years ago. Didn't like their work. Went to another company. TruGreen recently bought out the other company in our area so our account went back to TruGreen again. Not happy. Have bare spots and clover. They never came out to access when they told us they would. I'm looking for another outfit!
