Reviews
Write a ReviewGoing to have my lawn looking good. Great rates and fast service.
Excellent work so far- but I wish they would update you if they cancel. They sent notice the day before that they would come but then rain was forecasted and didn't come- no notice.
The detailed write up of the work and recommendations that they leave is really helpful
I went with TruGreen because their sales team is phenomenal. I was happy that they showed up the next day and I even signed a yearly contract.
This is the second time that I have tried Trugreen. I terminated their service because they were not regular in their service provided, and they did not treat the backyard. When I spoke with them about it, their was always some explanation that did not really address my questions. In other words they said what the needed to say at the time. So I terminated them. I went for a year with no treatments and after a year I needed yard treatment. I consulted home advisor and TruGreen is the only company that responded. The lady, Tanisha, who called me said that she was a new supervisor for my area. I explained, that I had terminated Trugreen for poor service, and she asked that I give her an opportunity to correct the errors in the past. She would work hand in hand with me to get my lawn in super shape. She came across as very sincere, and I elected to give her the opportunity. A few days past, and the same man who gave me such poor service showed up to treat my lawn. It was sprinkling rain, and the forecast was for heavy rain. I asked him if it was a good idea to treat the lawn today given the current weather and the weather forecasted. He said, "It will be alright unless there is a downpour." So I went back into the house and within just a couple o minutes there was a downpour of rain, and the man was driving off. He put a sign in my yard saying that he had treated the yard. (by the way, my study window looks over the back yard, and he never set foot in the backyard.) I telephoned Tanisha to discuss what happened. In fact, I have telephoned her several times and there is no answer to my call. There is no voice mail associated with that telephone number. I also called the number she gave as her cell phone number, but a man answered and indicated that the number was his telephone number at Trugreen. So it was not Tanisha's cell phone number. I continued to telephone the two numbers, and there was no answer at Tanisha work number, and when I dialed her "cell phone number" there was no answer and it went to voice mail, but the mail box was full and I could not leave a message. I am hoping that nothing bad has happened to Tanisha to prevent her from providing the service that she promised. I really would like to talk with someone, and I really would like for Trugreen to replace the man who came this last visit.
Product is not good, it seems like it feed the weeds rather than killing them!
Representatives are customer focused. Got first lawn service today. The report provide was very detailed and helpful to help me understand what is going on with my lawn
I had let weeds get a head start on my bermuda yard but TruGreen did a great job eradicating most of them with the first application. I expect the few remaining to be killed in followup treatment. I think my purchase of an annual plan was a smart move.
